To confirm a reservation, a non refundable deposit of £200 is payable on booking, the balance is due 8 weeks prior to your stay. In paying the deposit you are entering into the contract of our terms and conditions. If a booking is cancelled by you (the guest), the deposit is non-refundable. From time of booking, the full cost of the holiday is also payable unless the accommodation can be re-let. Every effort will be made to re-let the accommodation, however we strongly recommend a comprehensive holiday insurance to cover this unfortunate event and we (Hillside Farm) can not be held financially responsible if you (the guest) chooses not to take out holiday insurance. In the circumstance of Covid-19, if you are unable to travel due to local lockdown, or The Isles Of Scilly are closed due to local lockdown, or you have a positive Covid-19 test, then we will offer to refund the balance, the deposit will not be refunded ) or roll-over (where possible) the balance of your accommodation with us. We would need written proof of these circumstances.
