The main open plan room incorporates the kitchen, dining and lounge area.

The lounge area has a floor to ceiling window and a patio door leading out onto a large sun deck with sun loungers and BBQ. From here are spectacular views of Tresco, St Mary’s and all the Western rocks including Bishop Rock Lighthouse.

Formerly a farm flower packing shed and greenhouse, this beautiful cottage is very spacious and comfortable.

One bedroom has a king size bed whilst the other has two single beds.

Bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin.

The kitchen is large, airy. It incorporates a dining table and opens into the lower lounge area.

The south facing wall of the lounge has retained the greenhouse style making the most of the spectacular views.

The lounge door leads to the decking with picnic bench, sun loungers and barbecue.

Steps lead down to the garden.
